Manufactured using c60 concrete all sizes are available from stock for fast delivery. Internal silo division walls can also be constructed within a silage barn using the cantilever panel system. This concrete panel system is ideal for free standing silage clamps to both perimeter and division walls. Pits of any size can be constructed using this method particularly pits with dividing partitions as the panels are free standing with no metal obstruction.

The wall panels are suitable for the storage of silo grain root crops waste materials etc. We can make any legth up tp 6 metres. All of the images have failed to load. The wall is the optimum shape and profile for the storage of grain aggregate solid fuels and other materials.

The common concrete silage bunker sold is drive over piles sometimes called a stack where a pile of silage has no structural walls to contain the material. The base of the trench silo or roll over pile is usually dirt but sometimes asphalt or cement is used. We can install bunker panels next to a slab or on top. The precast concrete panels are available in 1m 1 2m and 1 5m widths and in standard heights up to 4 0m high affl.

This sytem uses prestressed panels cast into the concrete base and by using various reinforcements is tied into the pit bottom forming a leak free seal. Our absolute concrete wall silage panels are manufactured using the conventional t shaped design and may be tied in to the floor with reinforcing starter bars to form a complete rigid structure or left free standing. Pre cast concrete panels can be used for. Available in both 100mm 150mm thickness.
