I have a 96 ford taurus with the 3 0l dohc and am starting to notice that after sitting at a red light for a short time the engine will heat up a bit. It was working find but now nothin7. Does not kick on anymore even when the car runs hot which is constantly. Visually check the fan if you don t hear its noise.

I have checked all fuses and relays and changed the temp sender and temp switch theres is power to the relays i have tested the fans they are fine also they do not come on even with the ac on. When a radiator fan works it usually makes a whirring sound that is easily noticeable. All fuses are good under the. 1995 ford taurus cooling fan kicks on for a second when starting the car but cuts right back off.

I just changed the sensor but it still does not work. My car has 234565 miles. What and where are answered by a verified ford mechanic. Ac compressor clutch engage then it will disengage.
